If you or your dog aren’t completely happy, we’re here to make it right with our 30-day money-back guarantee.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible.
How to start a return
- Contact us via the contact page with your order number.
- We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back; once received and inspected, we process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s done.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, used consumable items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
