Processing time

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery times

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $49.
• Orders under $49: a flat $5.90 standard shipping fee applies.
• Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days depending on your location.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delays

Occasionally, carrier delays, customs or weather can affect delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help.
